Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment and final artwork approval from AGARWAL OFFSET PRINTERS.

Custom printing jobs may require additional processing time depending on the complexity and quantity. Specific timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India through our trusted courier partners (Shiprocket Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.).

Standard Shipping    4-7 business days

Express Shipping*    1-3 business days

*Express shipping is available for select locations and products at an additional cost.

3. Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is available on orders above ₹500.

For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Express delivery charges vary depending on your location and order weight/size.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment on our website or via the courier’s tracking portal.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen events like natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays may impact delivery time. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the buyer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

7. International Shipping

At present, AGARWAL OFFSET PRINTERS ships only within India. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
