At AGARWAL OFFSET PRINTERS, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom printed products. Since most of our items are made to order, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
As a custom printing business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Custom-printed items (t-shirts, mugs, stationery, etc.)
Personalized artwork or design-based products
However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:
The product received is damaged or defective
There is a printing error caused by us
The item is significantly different from the approved design or order
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery
Provide photos and a description of the issue
Email us at support@printincafe.com with your order number
If your claim is approved, we will:
Offer a free replacement of the same item
Or issue a refund to your original payment method
Or provide store credit (if preferred)
We do not accept returns/refunds for:
Wrong size or color selected by customer
Typos or errors in uploaded artwork
Minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences
Delays caused by courier companies or incorrect delivery details provided
If a return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
In some cases, return shipping may be covered by us if the error was ours.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as printing hasn’t started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
